Clinical Supervision for EMDR Therapists via TEAMS - meeting (1 hour )
Clinical Supervision is a supportive, developmental process where a therapist can review their client work with their clinical supervisor with the intention of delivering the best possible service to clients in a safe, ethical way.
What is supervision?
Supervision is a structured support system that encourages the therapist to focus on their abilities, learning and strengths. Helping them to notice what works – their skills, abilities creative idea, when working with their clients. Striving for best practice in therapeutic practice, supervision maintains professional, ethical boundaries of time place etc, as well as appropriate accountability and care for clients.
How often is supervision needed?
This can vary dependant on which association you are a member of. We are affiliated with BSCH for Hypnosis and EMDR.
Individual and Peer Group Supervision
EMDR /Hypnosis Therapists only
Time to review the case history is part of the 1 hour
In all cases please complete our issued template with;
a detailed case history, the precise nature of the issue, your level of qualification, other sources contacted / other advice obtained
Meetings are via TEAMS
General costs for Supervision
Payable in advance on acceptance
£35 for one to one sessions
£20 to attend a Group session - no more than 4 Therapists attend
