Relaxation Retreat Weekend

Hypnosis relaxation is considered beneficial for various reasons, and its positive effects have been reported by many individuals.
Hypnosis emphasises the connection between the mind and body.
By promoting a state of relaxation, it encourages individuals to become more aware of their bodily sensations, fostering a holistic approach to well-being.
Agenda
You’ll arrive from 4pm onwards and take part in a relaxation session through guided meditation or hypnosis or sound at 6pm.
These sessions are intended to help individuals relax and access deeper levels of consciousness.
On the following evening you’ll take part in another relaxation session through guided meditation or hypnosis or sound at 6pm

2 Night Stay - Relaxation Retreat
Residential stay in a Glamping Pod - £320 (April to October only)
Includes 2 Hypnosis Relaxation sessions 6pm on the evening of arrival and the following evening . Overnight stay in self catering accommodation. Meals are not provided so please plan ahead and bring that with you. We do have a local Spar shop that sells everything you will need and a supermarket in Ullapool on the way here. Partners can join free of charge in the accommodation but will not participate in any of the sessions. Only one person per retreat will take part in the relaxation.
